I believe they all have it now. This post below is from early 2010 and the second paragraph says they now have them from then.

The routers are basically the same machine, however, the latest model has the above-the-table height-adjusting handle, whereas previous models do not. If you want this feature, you'll need to check that it's included in the router before you buy, because it cannot be retro-fitted (a different lower motor housing is used).

The machine can be obtained in both 240 and 110 volts (North American market), just something else to make sure of before buying, although it's unlikely you would be offered the lower voltage machine.

This router has many unique features, so please take the time to read the operating manual thoroughly before using it. For inverted use, be sure to remove the plunge spring - a 10-second job - and leave the spring cap off to allow any dust to fall straight through.
