Hi Bob,
I firstly wanted to thank you for all of your excellent advice on dust control and in particular for your blast gate gallery which gave me the plans to make a couple of 150mm gates from 2mm scrap aluminum sheet from road signs. The 150mm PVC flanges are known by the plumbing trade as DWV Puddle flanges and were $4.49 each at my local supplier. a photo of my first attempt is attached.
Cheers,
Paintman

Thanks Paintman, good first effort.
That is a reasonable price too. The 100mm ones from BUNNINGS re almost the same price.
I'm a bit fan of using old Al road signs although for a high use environment I'd steer away from Al if possible,
FWIW a few members are using those flanges, our supplier calls them floor drain flanges.
I've used those flanges to connect to a router fence and a box around the router here
Ducting update.
Arneiuw uses those flanges here Blast gate gallery
