BobL should write a book
The big book on an invisible problem!
So many threads to read. If you consolidated it all into a PDF with all your charts, findings and wisdom, you could sell it as a value-add, or pre-purchase read, to every dust collector sold in the country....

Yes we are lucky to have him looking after us. Even on the occasions when you disagree with him, his post sets the mind on the right track and removes complacency.

There's a few books I could write and have even thought about it for a few seconds.
There are also lots of things people have asked me to make, fix, take a look at, help them with, etc.
But if I did even 1% of all that I wouldn't have time to fart around testing this and playing with that which is what I really like to do.
Maybe when I'm less able to do these things I might gather it into something.

According to my reckoning I have contributed to 13 different threads so far this year in the milling forum?
I think you mean contributed pics of milling timber - if so you are right - I have been very slack on that regard.
I can offer all sorts of reasons why no milling has taken place for more than a year, I've been away, sick and it's been too hot being the mains ones. as soon as the weather eases I'll be into it - I have logs coming out my ears waiting to be milled.
Cheers
Bob
