    To follow up on the Oneida 5” DD I posted above:

    I asked Oneida for the flow curve for the DD. They don’t have one but told me it’s equivalent to 10 feet of 5” duct. Didn’t say if it was metal or flexible duct. Online reviews suggest it is excellent at removing dust but is poorly made and very difficult to connect to standard ducting. I guess that rules it out.

    Jack believe it or not but a cyclone can be mounted on an angle to reduce the height. Granted it does take up some wall space but if you are creative you can fit shelves etc under and above it. There are pictures of one or two on the US Clear Vue site if you’re interested in exploring that option.

    Unfortunately if he hasn't got the "width" room to fit a twin bag DC he won't have enough room to fit a ClearVue on an angle either .
