Default Changing VFDs from 1phase to 3phase

I'm looking to reconfigure my 3ph workshop power so I can use my Clearvue and a (planned) CNC machine/vacuum pump.

As I'm looking to replace my 240v 1ph-3ph VFD with a 415v 3ph-3ph unit, can anyone confirm that the motor has to change from Delta to Star ?

    Cheers,
    Andrew

Look on the motor name plate and it should say clearly what voltages and connections it can run under.

Andrew the TECO motor supplied with all CV Cyclones can be run either at 240 or 415 volt three phase and all details are on the motor plate from memory. The Powtran VFD supplied by CV has the facility to run profiles for different motors and can hold up to ten profiles if needed. I have left a message on your phone.
