Cheap PVC fittings
I have just come back from Bunnings (needed some tap washers) where I saw some PVC Ag pipe connectors in various sizes. The fittings are bright blue and thinner than plumbing fittings. I assume they are for low pressure use, but the prices seemed to be about half of the normal white connectors, and I'm sure they would be handy in the shed for connecting up dust extraction.

Yep they're just a low pressure pipe so the thickness is the same as stormwater pipe and being less plastic the fittings are cheaper than regular plumbing pipe but they will be the same as storm water pipe fittings. Blue is usually used for potable water but in this case it just provides a user a quick way of differentiating between systems. All of bunnings plumbing stuff is way over priced and even my local Mitre 10 store beats them on most fittings. Pipeco in welsh pool are cheaper still.
