    Default Cleaning dust bags.

What is the best way to clean the cloth bags from the dust extractor?
At our Mens Shed we have a large ex industrial 4 bag extractor but the bags get horribly clogged which must affect it's efficiency.

after they turned inside out they can be shake/belted etc.

That's about all you can do if your DC is located inside your shed - cleaning it any more than this will de-condition the filters and let more fine dust through until they re-condition again
If your DC is outside the shed the you can use a compressor to blow the fine stuff - from the inside to the outside of the filter - this de-conditions them so the let more fine dust out but it should be OK if it's outside the shed.

I've even heard of someone who runs their DC with the bags turned inside out
