If so then I hope you can seal it up well otherwise the fine dust the cyclone dumps outside has a short return pathway to get back into the shed.

Just run the vent above the roof line and put a Chinamans hat on it. You can run it away from the door as well as upwards and yes I know it adds to the ducting length.

been a bit slack on the DC front, but took a part off to be fabricated to fit up 150mm ducting to the A3 31, been thinking on the design for the exhaust to counter Bob's concerns

but in the meantime

I built a new wood rack to clean some clutter out of the small shed
I wanted to extend the roof for some cover which ended up being a lot more work as I set about repairing more wear than I anticipated

A problem I am facing also. The port is 120 mm and the internal dust collection in the cabinet feeding that port is 100 mm and it flows bugger all air as I have found out recently on my slider. To rectify these problems will require the TS to be stripped down as the flow problems begin at the blade. They don't make any attempt to extract from the cabinet, instead the DE extracts directly from the under blade shroud. What goes into to the cabinet stays there with no method of getting it out.

ok so wrapped the blower with 2 layers of Dynamat, initial testing says its a definite improvement, but as i have to yet vent outside, definite judgements are hare to make.

I got back the new hood for the A3 31 taking it from 120mm to 150mm

and finished up the connections back to the main trunk

the line from the thicknessing(sp.) mode of the A3 31 also has the added benefit of doubling up as the line to fit onto the shaper off the HAMMER B3 with a modded hood

the saw outlet on the B3 is a problem as Chris has said before, what I thought was a 120mm line
is actually a 100mm line internally.

I will eventually look to rectify this at a later date but i Have more immediate goals to get the shed operational, before such modifications can take place
