    Default cyclones in OZ

Hi I have a Clearview 1900 brand new in the box and a dust deputy in storage.
I was looking forward to installing them in my new workshop,
BIG problem the new house has a smaller workshop that the old house and I will not be able to install a ducted dust extraction system.
Are there any designs for compact cyclone dust extraction systems, if not what would be the best way to sell the units and what price would be fair.
    Thanks for help Mark.

Are you going to use the dust deputy, it is probably still usefull in a small area? I would have thought selling through here should get you a reasonable price. In fact in unused condition close to new price for both units.

you could still use the units in a non ducted workshop. The dust deputy is very worthwhile hanging onto for sanding etc where you would normally have to replace vacuum cleaner bags often.

Mark if the reason for not using the Clearview is a lack of ceiling height, you can mount the cyclone on an angle and it will still work correctly. The Clearview people did some tests and found it will still work even when in the horizontal position, but the bigger chunks stay spinning in the cylinder portion. You could mount it parallel the roof in the attic if the pitch is reasonable, maybe with the dust dropping down a duct through the eves into a bin outside. Talk to the Clearview people and see what they say.

Of course if the shop is too small to swing a cat in then I can understand your dilemma.
