    It is just a 90* bend with the side cut away to match the straight section of the pipe. then a section of the straight pipe is cut out to match and the pipe is glued on with PVC pipe cement. I then used a drum sander in a dremel to cut away the excess inside the join and smooth everything up.

    2nd photos shows how I held it in place with a bit of string and a couple of wedges.

    Apart from this one. I took it apart and when I saw all the wires I put it back together again.
