    I think Russell may be referring to any fine dust picked up by the system that then manages to bypass the CC and then gets dragged past/through the impeller... I guess also assuming there would have to be some degree of inefficiency with the cyclone.

    I assume you mean fine dust that has been separated out by the cyclonic action - if so, correct...............This is what i wanted to know....
    I will have a 3-4 hp centrifugal fan and be using a 6" system. Sorry Doug I have the power not limited to 10 amps
    Just need the cyclone, looking at
    Bill Pentz drawing that he has on line and making it out of PETG 3mm.
