EOI Hybrid Clearvue Cyclone
I might have an opportunity to import a number of CV cyclone bodies that would then be built up in Oz to complete cyclones. I have yet to speak to CV and see if they are willing to export some bodies only.
I would manufacture the 17" impeller and housing here, the motor supply would be up to the buyer but I would specify a shaft size and supply the taper lock to attach the impeller to the motor. I would also supply a suitable adaptor to match the duct size to be used, that would either be a 150mm system or a 225mm system.
Nothing is concrete at the moment as this opportunity has only come up in the last 24 hours but if it goes ahead it will be money up front and you have to factor in the cost of a motor and VFD on top of that. The bodies won't be in Oz until September but I would start & finish the impeller build along with the taper locks and fan housing by the time the bodies are in Oz. I have no idea of the costs and I am not willing to even guess but if you have a budget ceiling and are interested let me know either here, by email for those who know it or by PM. Keep in mind the freight within Oz will be expensive so that needs to be taken into account as well.
Please read my previous posts on why they will only be supplied with 17" impellers.CHRIS

Oh mate I’m absolutely interested especially if it means the right motor and vfd running 50hz due to running larger impeller could be a possibility I’d be very interested in exploring this option.
Subscribing to this one
