I have only had it hooked up to one machine at a time.
It woks OK on my thicknesser and jointer. I haven't tried it on anything else as I have a 2 HP DC aswell.
I don't think it would go too well as a shed machine with ducting run everywhere but if you hooked it up to a couple of machines with limited duct runs it would probably go OK.

    Cheers, Jack

I have one that I picked up for $99US (yes, they sell them over here ) and it is good value for money. Just use it on one machine at a time. For me mostly the router table and table saw. Not terribly noisy and easy to move about.
    Cheers,

    Bob

If I could still pick one up for the $50 I saw them on sale for I'd build one of them Cyclone type dust collectors
