That would be a massive task unfortunately - probably not one that I have time for right now - a client has given us a heads up that we can expect a six month project to come our way by Tuesday.

Although a very small amount will get through filters the dust will be more of a problem if the DC leaks (problem is most do) and it's a still day otherwise even a light breeze will draw it away.
I see you are relatively near the coast - how are the sea breezes?
All over the place here unfortunately - certainly wouldn't rely on them, but it was gale force+ here yesterday. Sounds like enclosing the dust collector in its own small room would be a good idea and then fitting a vent with a HEPA filter to allow the air drawn through the dust collector to escape might be the best idea.

Sounds like you need to read the ducting sticky?
I've read some of it but not all yet...

    Probably not worth it.
My helpers just breathed a huge sigh of relief

I've read through some more of the FAQ's - not sure that I read the right section though as I kind of got a mixed answer something like use 150mm stormwater but with DWV 90 degree elbows - is that right or did I miss something? There seems to be a wider range of fittings available in DWV than stormwater for 150mm (but some of the extra ones might not be useful I guess).

    No worries

There's no need for anything like that even in a dense urban environment - you just need a to find a way to direct it away from your shed door.
If you can enclose the DC and then run a large duct )300mm) to move the exit down to somewhere like E - or use as short chimney on the enclosure?

OK I've finished reading the FAQ's now and have fine tuned the design of the dust collection - it should be a relatively straight forward installation hopefully.
