    Default Looks Terrible...

Perhaps just a cosmetic thing but annoying all the same and looks terrible especially when you give the machines a clean up or just blow the dust off them with an air hose.

Mould on the flex tubing of the dust extractor. I'm finding that anywhere I have this flex stuff, irrespective of length or placement it has like a mould on it - doesn't appear on any of the machines or plastic fittings just the soft tube stuff. It appears that the material provides a perfect medium for this gunk.

    How about yours?

Do you bother to clean it off?

If you clean it off what do you use and how long before it returns?

    Just ignore it?

    G'day Bob,

I've never noticed any mould , but my Dusty is in its own shed out the back of the shed and is covered in spider webs, dust and other carp - mess, out of sight out of mind.

Maybe I should tart it up a bit for the spiders.

G'day Chris, haven't heard from you for a while - the mould stuff looks very grotty and appears to be "growing" on the top surfaces with only very little on the underside.

As for spiders - I'll see your lots and raise you heaps - they love my shed.

Yep, been a while. I've got spider webs on things I haven't used for a few weeks - like my cabinet saw. I'll have to change that.

I'll have to look and see if I have any mould.
