A 9" duct under 10" of WC pressure, should draw ~3400 cfm, but of course that depends on the fan being physically able to move that much air (it needs to be about a 15" in diameter)
My (limited) experience with those two exit impeller designs is that they can generate about 8" WC so that works out to about 3100 CFM, provided it is a 15" fan.
But the elephant in the corner is the fan curve which I suspect is not a big performer.

My next big upgrade (if not moving to a commercial site) is to upgrade the existing extraction (Holytek DC006 baghouse) to a Donaldson & Torrit baghouse system, I have watched one in action recently and its super impressive in terms of servicing, safety, reliability and performance.
If I do go on this route I will be placing the Donaldson & Torrit outside the workshop in the backyard, possibly paint it in the house colour or build a trelis around it so its out of the sight from my neighbour.SCM L'Invincibile si X, SCM L'Invincibile S7, SCM TI 145EP, SCM Sandya Win 630, Masterwood OMB1V, Meber 600, Delta RJ42, Nederman S750, Chicago Pneumatics CPRS10500, Ceccato CDX12
