Default Powtran VFD with RCA10 switch - Wiring issue

I think everything is set to go on my new Clearvue cyclone using a Powtran PI500 VFD. It runs without the RCA10 switch connected, but when I connect the switch cables to the control circuit as per the instructions that come from Clearvue it doesn't work.

I think the connections are incorrect. The RCA 10 switch/remote has 5 cables (2 x black, 1 red, 1 green, 1 yellow) and the instructions say to connect as per my sketch below. Any ideas if this is incorrect as the switch does nothing when wired this way?

Problem sorted - just needed to reprogram the VFD a bit (should have read the last part of the instructions!).

Default Changing the direction of blower rotation using VFD

My new Clearview fan is spinning the wrong direction. Is it simply a case of changing this setting on my Powertran PI500 or should the wiring be switched around?

Code F0.24 Running Direction 0:Same direction, 1: Opposite direction

    Cheers

It's better to switch teh worsting around. One less thing to reprogram in case you have to reset the VFD back to factory settings.

    Two things:

Rather than starting new threads about the same or related topic it's better to group them ie I would have asked your question about Fwd and Rev in this thread

    Its "Powtran" rather than Powertran.

    Thanks Bob.

At the moment the wiring is like this. To reverse motor direction does it matter which terminals are switched? e.g. will swapping "U" and "V" on the VSD end reverse the motor direction?

Switch any two phases either on the VFD or the motor.
