Default Removing plastic bag from cyclone dc

Hi, I want to do away with having a plastic bag in the bin at the bottom of my cyclone dc. My question is do I block of the "breather" hose or what ever it's called that runs from the cyclone to the bin to stop the plastic bag getting sucked up into the cyclone.

    Cheers,
    Peter

Yes and when you take the hose off be sure to cap off both ends.
