should face opposite to one another creating a circular type air flow.

Two room air filters will be better than one, and provided they are equally spaced within the shed it won't matter much how they are arranged.

The room air filter units I have measured were not as efficient at extracting fine dust from shed air as a basic dust extractor with either a needlefelt bag or pleated filter so scrubbing shed air clear of wood dust is more efficiently done by running a DC for some time after the last dust making activity rather than running a room air filter.

One reason for not using a conventional DC to clean shed air after dust making is the noise. This is another reason for putting DCs outside a shed.

However, a problem with DCs located or venting outside a shed is that this drags external air into the shed. While the wood dust content of the fresh air should be lower than what is being dragged out of the shed, external air will still contain dust, and often lots of it, so if you want overall low dust counts (eg for finishing) its better to run a room air filter.

I use an externally located DC to firstly vent the wood dust from the shed and then run a room air filter after that.

I took down the Air filter I had installed. (to cntr of shed)

Put the two up equally spaced in the shed today.

Looks ok hopefully works well I think it will because I
was really happy how they used to work in my old sheds.
