    Thanks Bob, that definitely makes it appear a little more simpler.

    Yes i looked at Jonno's mods, and think this might be the route i will take.

    Remember that side of the impeller is under pressure so you don't want it leaking but some silicone or "no more gaps" can fix most of these.
