TS dust extraction
I was going to add this to my previous thread about TS's but saw the recent DE queries so thought I'd keep it separate ........Tradelink got my adaptors quicker than expected, so here’s the final installation: -
- TS in centre of shed ready to do it’s first major cut up.
- Overhead ducting
- Blast gate and sweep with flexi hose. Loosely supported to stop the hose sagging!
- The only 90 degree bend in the system, just to keep things tight and above head height - zip tied as an anchor
Fantastic cheese Grommit!!

Hey, Greenie512, it looks great. I have been thinking about a PVC pipe system for my own extractor. I notice that you have a couple of y's down to your chop saw, etc. Did you make these out of PVC or did you buy them somewhere? Tah

These are standard fitting I bought at bunnies. You'll notice theres one at the end of the line on the main wall with a stopped end, to help clear any blockages in the future and I should have put one at the end of the TS run for the same reason but was lazy. I could always access this run via the flexi hose joiner.

Interesting speakers you've got there, reminds me of the PMC brand where the speaker box consist of internal baffles to extend the low frequencies.
