Twin bag extractor not filling one bag
I have a 2 year old twin bag dust extractor from Hare and Forbes.
Since new it has only filled one bag and the other about 1/6 . I have checked for obstructions any ideas ad to what might be causing this issue?

You could try hot gluing a rounded strip of 3mm thick MDF across the entrance to the A-side of the Y junction?
This might help deflect more dust into B?
See green dot on image below.
