    heres all three wagons with the brakes reddy to go on you can see i've cut all the axle bolts cut to the right length with the wheel nuts on i need to file them squre tho but no big deal..they'll come of menny times before these wagon or done i'll be back in a day or so i've got to get back on the stage coach and chuck wagon later...

    ok heres the wagon with the gear on for the brake i got the wagon upside down so you can see how it works..you can see the u bolts that holds the brake rod you can see how i selver soldered all the parts in place all so the 2 ubolts that hold the beam that the brake beam.. the hangers i made out of 1/6'' rod held with a hanger bolted to the beam the brake beam swings and is puled tight when the lever on the end of the brake rod pulles forward theres a lot of work on this rod to keep the hanggers in the right place you need to put a keeper on the end then one on the rod just behind the last hangger they have some spring in them... hope this is clear

    this is the ranch wagon with the brakes in place i don't cut the bolts of tell i'm done or close to it some times i need to take them apart so if icut them it makes them hard to handle when there short i need to do some iron work on the gear some rod braceing on the bolster and some on the hounds on back then i'll work on the boxs.. hope you enjoy this if you need to ask how things go i'll be glad to explane the best i can .....

    this shows all three togather i'll try to keep the work the same on every wagon so i don't get more work done on one than the other... if you would like to get a size on any of the parts i'm happy to give you what you need or how i do things ......

    i use a brass rod 1/6th to make my u bolts i use a die the size 0-80 that makes a nice thread on a 1/6th'' rod brass works real well to thread i use a 0-80 hex nuts i found a great place to get the bolts and nuts at a great price and they have all the tools you need and they ship very fast i get them in 3 day cost to cost more photos comeing soon .....

    I'm sorry i got off on some other work so i started to just finish one at a time i started to sale some wagons and that took over my wagon building for a time there was little things i neded to get done to ship and shipping is a time thing in it's salf so heres the gear of the ranch wagon it's all most finished so you will miss some of the progress on this wagon hope you'll forgive me this time Gary....

    this is the team that gos with this wagon..and just to the right is one of the other wagon of the three at a time it's going to be a freight wagon hence the hight sides in life there 5' hight i'm doing work all the time on this as well as the other just not all at once this is it fo now thanks for looking.. your friend in Utah,

    I can't decide which is the better between the wagons and the stagecoach as BOTH ARE EXCELLENT, sir.
    Your attention to detail and craftsmanship is first class and I can only be in awe at your project builds.....first class, first place, grand champion......
