Looks great John. Good choice of wood colors. How big is this thing going to be when complete?

    Love your work John.

    Default mining truck

Made some progress on the Caterpillar truck. Front section now complete, ladder, lights, exhausts, air cleaner and safety railing etc. The railing is constructed from bamboo skewers, all stuck together with medium thickness super glue and black enameled. Some one enquired about the over all length, it will be 595mm. Now for the back half . John.

Great work. You must be so proud of it. Thought about sending a pic to the CAT marketing dept?

Your truck is very impressive. This would look very nice in some executive boardroom at a mining company. You should send some emails to see if you get some interest. About 15 years ago I made a prime mover with tanker and sold it to Boral for $1,000. Used this money to by my compressor and accessories.

    You definitely have a winner.

I see these exact trucks at work nearly every day. Great job and very acurate except it's missing about a tonne and a half of mud and coal dust.
Those were the droids I was looking for.
