    Default need some ideas on a wheel i need to make

    i will be building a 1936 Chevy pickup some time in the future all out of a picture i want the wheel to look exactly the same as the real truck any ideas are welcome here is a picture feb2011-5_small.jpg1936_wheels2.jpg

    The wheel rims are different red one is solid while the pic of truck is wire wheels which one is it you wish to make???

    How about making them using the same principle as for Making Toy Highway Style Wheels - WoodworkersZone WoodWiki Instead of drilling straight down when doing the inner part of the wheel use a smaller drill at the spacing you require and drill at an angle towards the edge.
    Not sure if that is clear
