G'Day Eddie, Wow you aren't just a pretty face but indeed a master craftsman.
    The wagon is beautiful.

This is a Australia Wool Wagon, in 1/10th scale was also pulled by oxen as well as Horses
These teams can some times be seen on show at venues around Australia.

Eddie that is worth of many accolades I just can't think of a decent one to give such a stunning example of craftsmanship.

Thanks wheelinround,Mutawinji and Greg, I think that they are painted for reasons of protection and also the colours were usually the county in the UK where they were built,as for wax I know that some modeler's leave the work in the natural wood to show off there work, but I don't think it happened in the real wagon ,the reason this is in 1/10th scale because 1/8th would make a fairly large wagon and it is quite large as it is, these models have been around a bit, loaned out and handled to much the last time they were all on show was at the Bright spring Festival and that was quite a few years ago ,and with all the notice's like don't touch there is always some one who want's to try and push it to see if thing's work, I should spend some time and repair and paint where needed, but I am still thinking about it.

WOW Eddie they are both fantastic. You certainly have an eye for details. I like the fact that you have painted them as they were in real life, sometimes it is nice to see them in their natural wood colour but in this case paint is good.

Hi that's what scale is about really trying to build the model as it is in real life,I doubt whether there were many proper carts left in the bare wood ,as they would not have lasted as long as some have but thanks Diggerdelaney.

This was the wagon I tried to post ,but the bucket allowed all the wagon album to show so I have tried it again I hope it is a 1/12th scale model of the Monmouthshire Wagon,Wish I had put them all under Glass to keep the dust off.

I have the plans for this one and keep getting them out to look at then put them away again. Maybe one day they will stay out and I will build it.

Far out. Great work Eddie. If it wasn't for the showcases/bases, I'd swear they were real. And the wool wagon looks real as-is.

Your work puts mine to shame, but gives me a goal to aim for,
Fantastic stuff. Love 'em. 10 thumbs.
