Stage Coach 1848
i recently bought this kit as i tought would be a change from the normal kind of models i make. I think this kit is going to give me a lot of headaches, i took some pictures of all the parts which i sorted to make sure there where was nothing missing.

Hi Adrieke.
You have me excited now.
I know of theTrailways kit and the Amiti Kits. But I think this is the Spanish kit from Latino
1/10th scale.I will be very interested to see a Work In Progress of this model to say the least.
There are a few of us into horse drawn coaches and carrages on the forum now,so there should be plenty of help if needed
PS see the yellow wheel below as a hint LOLBack To Car Building & All The Sawdust.

i dont intend to add some horses to it but wh knows maybe i ll change my mind .
thanks all for welcoming me
the reason i am posting here to get some help with this as i am very new to wooden modelling (working on a small ship at the moment)
the stagecoach has 2 working lanterns hence the reason for the batery clips. the switch i had to purchase as it was not included in the kit.
yes Ausie it is the kit from Al. I am also very exciting but also scared especialy when i opened the kit and saw all the parts and then read through the instructions. good to hear there are some others building coaches should give me some helpful tips. oh and Dan Vad asked me to say G'day to you. he recommende this site for posting my build log
so far i havent done much as my other builds are still taking up most of my time. i will post some pics of my progress so far soon

well i finaly finished my previous project so i can put all my attention on this one.
i havent made much progress on the wheels as i am still contemplating creating some jig for installing the spokes perfectly.
so i started on the next part which is the base of the coach
i have also bought a big saw blade with handle (to make the cuts on the sides) and a mitrebox so i am slowly building up my assortement of tools
