Yes - I was forgetting somewhat the quality issue. Youtube etc have 90min videos available, so time is probably not a restriction, but I was thinking of (eg) the Roy Underhill tv shows viewable online. They are very good - but a DVD played to your tv is in another league as far as quality goes.
I think DVD is a fairly 'raw' format ... movies that take up 4.7G on a dvd can usually be found as (cough) backups in file lengths of 0.7G and 1.4G.

To get the ball rolling, I am sending a copy of the DVD (as soon as my copy arrives) to ozhunter, ClintO, nosnow and Kev Y.
Could some other recipients of the DVDs from Greg contact some other people on the list in post #1 or others that will be asking in the future make one or 2 copies and send them to these people please?:2tsup:
