Cutting board
Hi All
i work for a large IGA company, unfortunately we had to close one of our stores. during the dismanlte of the store i managed to scrounge 8 pieces of 15 - 19mm thick cutting board approx 500mm x 900mm. i have used this quite a bit for my moulds, all that is needed is to run it through a thicknesser to get the knife marks out; it comes up very smooth, PR casts come out of it very easily. free to anyone who can make use of it. im happy to post or you can collect it.

Hey Stevo,
I assume this is HDPE cutting board? I'd be interested if I can get to you to pick it up. Don't you need it for yourself though?

Stevo dropped in to my home yesterday afternoon ,Neil had turned up a short time earlier to test some gear out, so we all headed off to see some wood for sale ,as you do hehe, Neil found a slab of some fairly rare timber so shoved that in the back of the wood chariot , also picked up a board of I think quarter sawn Blackbutt that looked interesting , Had to test it so Neil chopped a bit up and drilled glued and turned back at my place while stevo got the workshop tour . The pen is about to be posted in main pen forum.tried to capture some of the things going on in the wood but you will have to imagine it hehe, Thanks so much for the cutting boards Stevo One for me one for Neil ,and one for Tony cheers ~ John
G'day all !Enjoy your stay !!!

Just got back from my trip to Scotland, thanks for the free board Stevo and to John for picking it up for me. Much appreciated
Will try to catch up sometime soon John, that is once I have had some time to recover from the jet lag

Ian,
Trip was just over two weeks, with the majority spent in Scotland and a couple of days in KL. Had a great time and yes now back to reality. Back to work on Monday with the next couple of days hopefully spent in the workshop making pens and stuff as I have had withdrawal symptoms. Should be able to start on your mold soon too. If you have any special requirements let me know ASAP before I cut it.
Cheers
Tony.

Nothing Special thanks tony and I am glad you had a good time. I have 8 weeks till we are off to Bali again Can't wait. We will be going for 3 weeks and traveling around the island just to have a good look and relax bye the pool with a few beers. It's going to be hard to take but someone has to do it
