    Default pen tubes with snake skin etc

    hi every one i am casting my own resin pen blanks i have seen some with snake skin on it and other things, does this make the tube any thicker do i need to drill a biger hole for the tube with some thing on it, also do i have to mold the tube and skin into the resin with the skin on it and does this hold the tube as tight as ca glue, this might sound weird but i am fairly new at this sorry, and is their a video some where i can watch the process,thanks heaps, steve

    Search you tube using "casting snake skin pen blanks" in the search area and you will find some answers. I looked at some the other day an there is plenty there.

    You glue the skin onto the tube, then cast in clear resin.
