Default Vacuum followed bt pressure for Cactus Juice stabilisation?

After blundering around Google and you tube looking at things being stabilised with "CJ" it seems that the process is to apply vacuum until there are no more bubbles and then wait a while (still under vacuum) to ensure you got all the air out. Then release the vacuum slowly and let atmospheric pressure force the "CJ" back into the timber and allow the timber to "soak" for a period that may be as much as 5 times the time that it was under vacuum.
My question is, in order to save some "soak time" is it possible (or even wise) to apply pressure to the chamber in order to force the liquid deeper and faster into the timber than it would happen just using atmospheric pressure? Naturally, the next question is more complex: How long do we let the material soak under pressure before we let it return to atmospheric pressure and have the excess drain ready for the heat cycle to set the resin?
And finally, is a two stage vacuum pump more effective than a single stage pump and are rotary vane pumps better than "oil-less" (and by this I assume they mean diaphragm) pumps?

From what I've read, the single stage vacuum pump is just as effective as the two stage pumps for stabilising. I've just received a small single stage pump - 1.8cfm and I'm waiting on a vacuum setup from the chap in the states who makes them and the cactus juice - turntex. The pump was supplied locally and was $75.
I could have probably done the chamber cheaper but I want to sell the odd stabilised knife handle sets to pay for my hobby.
There are stainless pots around with glass lids but they're not common. It also looks like a lot more people vac only rather then pressurise too.
Stabilising Aus hadwoods also looks like it can take weeks to get the wood to soak up enough resin too, due to the density of the fibres, especially in some of the hardwood burls. Given this long time, it may be worth using a pressure pot. Good luck.

    Cheers
