    Sierra you mean? Standard Sierra? Elegant Beauties & some others are different.

    27/64" is the common size..

    If its one of Bretts it should be 27/64. If it's one of Gary Pye's I don't know yet. Brett should have sent you a CD with all the instructions for the various Berea pens.

    Gary Pye's standard Sierras are 27/64" too. It's the Elegant Beauties that vary, with I think Berea being the same size, but GPW being smaller.

    I'm not sure on the new flat top Sierras doing the rounds though.

    For what it's worth -- Stu www.stusshed.com has just released a 2-part video on making the Sierra pen. It was interesting for me, and I'm not into pens...
