They come up well Toni.
The yellowish one is Mulberry which is the one on the right and the one on the left is London Plane
Just notice that you're in the wrong thread Toni, you should be in the October swap threadCheers

I think I've already said(probably quite a few times! ) that I dislike the Americana kit and I don't know whether it's just the colouring of the photo or not... but your Americana is the first one I've seen that I've liked, Toni.
Maybe there is a place for the kit on my shelf after all...

Charity Pen Sale Update
Charity Pen Sale Update:
$90 raised to date from the sale of 3 pens and one keyring. Seven pens, and one keyring left in stock to sell. I think a few more pens will be coming my way soon as well.
I've sold one item from each of the four pen turners.
Comments received so far:
Wow - a 14year old made them!! He's Good.
How do they do that?
Amazing,
Beautiful
I've just got to have this one..... Please don't let anyone else see it...
I'd like this one, but it's a little too thin.. so I'll have this one instead.
The Preference seems to be for thicker/fatter pens i.e. easier to hold and multi-coloured, multi-facetted.
The laminated pens are a real hot-seller, especially purpleheart with a light timber, eg huon, jacaranda etc.
Cheers

Good on you Wendy, good to see this thread back on track.
I have mentioned selling pens for charity here at work. We have various events to raise money for various charities and there is a BBQ coming up to raise money for Camp Quality. I have mentioned the pens and there is some interest to run an actual auction - to get more money hopefully. I'll let you know if I need more pens when I have more details.Neil____________________________________________Every day presents an opportunity to learn something new

Guys .. Im gonna hand over my four pens to the local school auction who are raising money for the kids there.
The pens can either be sold in a silent auction (not sure if I like that too much) OR .. at the craft stall they are doing...
Thing is, its on THIS SATURDAY .. and just want all yawl to be ok with me doing this I spose.
Otherwise, I will hang onto them and send em to Rustic, or whoever else is keen to raise money.
Ta heaps..... Rich
