MIK, have cut and pasted this from the first post in the original thread

Basic rules when the swap draw is made contact your partner, make a pen and send it post haste, blanks can be exchanged also if desired that's between you and your partner. The swap will be open to all styles of pens. All swaps to be completed by 31st March 2010
