Guys I know how to do diamonds with patchwork it done with straight cuts. Mates you may use it or not but do a search on seminole. on the internet. It quite easy but with wood I am not sure. Now I am giving away my ideas but you guys are talented and I love to help. I can't keep this a secret. I hope this helps

Perhaps the challange will be to look deeper (more abstractly) into the meaning of the word than the diamond pattern
