Russell, seems that communication with customers is not high on Ed and Dawn's priority list, disappointing, particularly in view of the size of the order.

    Oh well, live and learn.

    Right,

Got a tracking number. left the US Dec. 9th, so hopefully arrives this week. With me working Fridays again now, I'll have to try and get the wife to go in and pick it up, so assuming all goes to plan, I should be able to get the parcels out next week, hopefully to arrive before Christmas.

    Fingers crossed.

    Russell.

Well folks I'm sorry, but another week parcels and still no-show on the parcel. I also have a book order in with Fishpond which is now a week late, and has books in as christmas presents for my son.

Given I'm supposed to be at work now until Christmas Eve, that sort of stuffs up the chances of anything before Christmas.

Maybe, but I feel bad, even though there's nothing more I could have done to speed things up. Never in my wildest dreams would I have thought it would take 2 months or more to get the group buy done!

As you said Russell it is not your fault and no one should be blaming you

You live and you learn next time someone buys from them expect a long wait, and that may even put some people off buying from them.

And now I know what I will be doing on Australia day

i was keen to get the blanks but its not so important now cos the tru stone blanks that i ordered from r&b about a week and a half after the bulk order went are now in my hot little hands so i have plenty to play with for a while .
anyway i am a bit busy setting up a new area for pen making and casting in a room out the back of the shop not up in the sweat box shed
may need some upmarket kits for this tru stone stuff though .

I can play just as easily in the new year
Not your fault Russell - and I tend to be a little forgiving of some of these OS orders, as stuff happens which causes delay. and here if I recall they did wait for some stock before sending the second parcel

    anyway

    to everyone
and just think we'll all get a late chrissy pressie
    and don't drink too much

and I hope you all have a great 2010
    regards

    Bleh,

The wife is heading into Warwick today to pick up an "international" parcel waiting for me. I assume that will be it as I think all my other OS post has arrived. I have so much stuff coming from so many places, it's hard to keep track of it all sometimes
