    Default pen swap partner required for USA

    Partner required for an American tuner. When TPS shifted to its new format he had a name change so was not picked up in the draw. WE found a new partner for RodL who drew this person in the first place.

    Can someone please step up and cover this spot?

    Answer her if you want and first in get the spot
