Les's Pen Finish "Dipping Method"
I have been using this method for finishing my pen barrels for a while now and find it is fast and works great for me.

I dare say this method would stop the build up when using Ed Blysards lacquer coating method as well. I must try it also.

One question. Do u sand below the bushings to allow for the build up or what? What is the final thickness
