Moxon Vise Hardware
I was looking at McJings website which has been entirely rebuilt and noticed that they now have the hardware for Moxon Vises for anyone who is building one. Moxon Vice Hardware Kit

Yeah, I saw that too. This is excellent value. The $95 option looks great. I can't find anything better for that money anywhere.
I quite like the method that Jonathon Katz-Moses used (YouTube) to mount these instead of the usual method where the screw is fixed.

Will let you know how mine goes when I get my replacement parts. Two of the four acme nuts wouldn't thread all the way onto the bar so had some more sent over. Got stuck at work just after we shutdown, hoping to get them this week if I can.

I ordered an $85 set yesterday after seeing this thread. They say delivery is 2-3 days express post so hopefully should have it by the end of the week.
Will dig out some timber today or tomorrow ready for it.Tom

I am thinking about the $85 set as I will be building a moxon vise for my soon-to-be-finished workbench.
I think that the $85 one would suffice as I can't think of anything that would need a moxon vise to open to the capacity of the $95 option that I would not hold in some other way.
Would appreciate any feedback as you guys get your deliveries.I got sick of sitting around doing nothing - so I took up meditation.

Just got mine today, the $85 set.
Dont have any problem with the nuts not screwing on.
Going to see if I can get it installed to my existing moxon, which is made with a 19mm bar from bunnings. Not sure how well I will do getting the old hardware out, but we will see.

Could I please request a picture of the back of the wheels?

I am pretty inexperienced when it comes to judging the quality.
They look OK, wheels weigh about 530gms. Move OK on the bar, one spin moves the wheel about 4 threads.
Only the outside rim of the wheel has been polished.
Have included photos as per markharrison's request.
If there is anything that I should look at to judge the quality, let me know.
