    Side vice hardware was fitted to the top and one side apron before the top was attached as it made it much easier than working up side down.
    Sorry about the focus but it is the only picture I have.

    Fitting the aprons.

    End vice construction. It was the most complicated as a lot of work had to be done under the bench top since the apron formed part of the jaw.

    Seems I don't have any pictures of the outside jaw fit up. It was fiddly with the chain drive and I did have racking issues with it.
    Required shimming of one of the threaded inserts for the vice screw.

    Draws and cupboards. Just box joints used on the draws and false fronts added.
    Ply insert in the door used.

    Holes, lots of them

    Parf system used. Layout pre-calculated to get the correct alignment for vices and offset in from apron.
    The first hole position was measured and rechecked multiple times.

    No holes done on the side of the apron or legs as I decided they could be added later if needed.
