Quick Release Vice - DIY - you gotta see this!
I found, quite by accident, this dude (PASK) who has devised a quick release vice that is DIY.
This thing is incredible.
Watch these videos and prepared to be boggled by witchcraft!
On the second one, jump to 10 minutes (flat) and see it in action....
The second video is a metal version, the first is wood-based.

does not seem possible but it works, well watching those vids it does.
