Nice one Ray
I like the recycling concept and those little removable trays (french cleat?) at the end of the bench are excellent.

I used "damaged" flat panel doors from M10/Bunnings as a temporary bench for 20+ years. With Zylys vises it was very functional - just screwed jigs, guides, hold-downs, etc to benchtop with self tapping screws. Replaced door when too scarred.
Never thought of laminating two doors together for more rigidity!
M10/Bunnings both sold "damaged" doors for $10. Most common damage was wrong placement of hinge or lock mortices or minor slpitting from mortices or bruised corners.

Pretty impressive.
I wonder what use he is planning for the nail offcuts!
