ok well a bit of an update.
we returned to school this week. and much to my surprise we got all our marks back for the half yearlies. here are my marks along with notable rankings:
English: 16/45= 36% (did not ask for a ranking)
Business Studies: 45/80= 56% (no ranking given)
Senior Science: 80% 1st Place
Design and Technology: 32/40=80% 2nd Place
Woodwork: 83/100=83% 1st Place
Maths (general): 118.5/132=90% 1st Place, i am most proud of this, i cam 1st out of about 100 kids and got the only band 6.
now down to business. we didnt get into the workshop until wedensday, and i am basically aimed to get the back part fo the frame together, which i finished today. i used the random orbital sander and got rid of any marks, and the back section is at school all clamped up drying as we speak. here are some pics:
couple of close ups:
i picked up my last peice for the frame form the lumber bunker today, and aim really aiming to have the whole frame together by next week. i think some lunch times will be spent in the workshop.
thaty is all i have for now, but next week there will be more.
thanks
Rhys

thanks wongo, mum was most impress.
honestly i should do that well as i use to do advance maths and extension maths, but i driopeed from extension to advanced then from advanced to general.
oh well, better to get 90% in general, than 26% in advanced.

al will try and get more photos up tonight, but photobucket is bad and takes ages to load up 3 photos, so if not tonight , tomorrow.
here is the run down on what has been done sofar:

what has to be done:

Rhys,
Looks great, I'v been following your project and have really enjoyed watching the progress you are making. look forward to seeing more photo's. What sort of finish are thinking of using, I think oil would look great.
Keep up the good work....
