Hi Hors,
Sorry this has taken a while. The stand is adjustable in all directions from what I can tell. The additional photo here should help describe things. There is a knob that adjusts the telescoping of the main shaft for height, a second knob for tilting adjustment of the big gulp head and a third knob to move the head in and out. You can't see the third knob in the photo as it is on the other side but you can see the groove for the in-out adjustability in the photo. I should mention that the third knob has some damage to the plastic portion of the knob. It doesn't affect the functioning or adjustability of the piece but it just makes it a little tough on the fingers if you overtighten it. Finger tight works fine. As for the extraction, the steel section is close enough to 100mm OD so any 100mm ID extraction hose will be fine. The leading edge of the connection is bevelled and has a couple of clever machined grooves to give the hose something to hold on to. Let me know if you think it might work for you.
