Air compressor - 16 CFM AirBoss with big tank
I've had this big boy for a couple years. It's a sturdy unit. I'd estimate it's was built in the late 80s. Australian made.
16CFM is a lot. Big tank means it keeps up pretty easy. I think you could run anything you want with this. I've used it quite often for suction-cup spray finishing, nailers (big frame nailer as well as small brad nailer), and pneumatic tools (nibbler) no problem.
Gets about 110psi in the tank, and I typically use it somewhere between 30-70psi, depending on the application.
It has been recently upgraded with:
- New regulator
- New hose and fittings from tank to regulator
- New brass screw/bung for tank maintenance
Sale includes 20m braided hose, and nylon coiled hose with fittings - everything you need to get started.
I'm moving it on because I need the space.
$375 Pickup from Brunswick West.

Price drop - $325.
And, I’ll also throw in basic star-copy suction cup spray gun, like this one. AEROPRO 1L Air Spray Gun AS1009S | Total Tools
This would suit someone who wants to get started with spray finishes on the cheap!

I want this gone! $250 for the lot.
compressor
new regulator and air filter
new connections and tank plug
old 20 metre hose
old 1L suction cup spray gun - complete assembly
It looks a bit old and rusty, but don't be fooled. It'll get the job done.
I put this all together for a couple small spray jobs around the house. A few gates, and a couple pieces of furniture. It has served me well, and was a very cheap way to learn the how to spray.

Ok, not a bite. My price must be too high. I guess these older, bigger, noisier units are not what people want anymore.
How about $200. Screw it, make it $175. Anyone?
