Clearvue CVMAX cyclone with VFD
This is a new CVmax which I have mostly installed in my shed, but have decided it's too much for my humble hobbying.
It's up and running on a VFD / VSD - I haven't completed all the piping.
I'm selling the whole setup including cyclone, motor, VSD and what piping I have.
The unit alone was nearly $3500. I'm selling that with the addition of VSD and piping. The speed drive is 3-phase in (to 3-phase motor). 5HP motor.
Asking $3000. It's new and only fired up for a few test runs.
Southern end of the Gold Coast.
Have a good day.

What a pity I just spent my budget on a new computer.
I got sick of sitting around doing nothing - so I took up meditation.

Bargain! Considering you can't get them anymore here.

I'm surprised this hasn't gone - it's an excellent price for a CV + ducting. The VFD is easily changed if you only have 1P, and there's plenty of experience with the VFD and clearvues here on the forums, so programming will be easy.
If anyone is planning a trip fro GC to Newcastle, and has a trailer, I'd be very interested in chatting...!

Hi. Do you have any more pictures of the dust collector? so I know what components it comes with. And also does the vfd come with a remote control on and off? What bin are you using and is it included? And what ducting is included with dimensions?
Sorry I know there are a lot of questions but I'm interstate and can't come and have a look. Thank you.

All the transitions are included. You can see I have created a muffler for the outlet to reduce noise - it works well. My next step is to cut a hole in the wall to vent outside from there.
Inlet transition will connect to a 200mm straight section as recommended.
Piping:
- 200mm (1 x 1000mm, 2 x 2000mm, 1 x 90 degree bend).
- 150mm (2 x 2000mm, 1 x 90 degree bend).
- 100mm (2 x 2000mm, 1 or 2 bends).
I have that plywood collection bin I built (just needs a hole in top). No remote on the VFD, but could be added.
I will leave this up for sale for a few more days, but am starting to think I'll complete the project because it's a nice unit (despite being overkill for my shed).
I'll make it clear if I withdraw it from sale.
Thanks.

Hi
does the purchaser have to disassemble the system? I知 interested but have a handy cap at the moment called floods and a pressing wet harvest. Depending on you reply I知 sure we could work something out.
cheers

Im about 1000 Ks from you and no time to travel any earlier.
What material are the pipes made out of?

Pipes are steel.
I'll send you a PM and we can discuss further mate. For now I'll consider this sold to Petethebutcher, otherwise withdrawn from sale.
Thanks all.
