    Default CNC Router - Homemade/DIY

For Sale is my homemade CNC Router. The router was in the process of being redesigned/improved however due to lack of time to be able to complete it, I am reluctantly selling it.

Included is everything you need to get it up and running. Currently controlled using a laptop which worked flawlessly thanks to the USB Smoothstepper and Mach 3.

If you were to buy all the parts separately you would easily be spending upward of $3000.

    Machine details:
    Aluminium Profile 40 X-Axis (120mmx80mm)
Aluminium Profile 30 bed frame - 60x60 rails and 60x30 bed supports.
25mm Machined Ballscrew on X axis (with mounts).
16mm Machined Ballscrews on Y and Z axis (with mounts)
    20mm X-Axis linear railes
    16mm Y & Z Axis linear rails.
Aluminium Spindle mount to suit 1.5kW air spindle.

    Overall machine size: 1000mm x 900mm x 500mm (approx)
    Cutting size: 750mm x 660mm x 150mm

    Hi Graham,
More than happy to wire up the control box, stepper motors and spindle/VFD etc to show they all work.
As per OP, it is not in a fully operational state as I was in the progress of modifying it (see pics).

I can also turn the ballscrews by hand to show that there is no binding and the linear rails etc all work as well.

There really isn't much work to do to get it into operation - I just have not time with 2 young kids and don't see that changing anytime soon
