Delta 22-560 thicknesser for parts
Evening all,
I've got a Delta 22-560 for sale for parts. Motor good, rubber rollers ok (need to keep clean and assist timber through), blades ok and additional spare set. All bearings turn fine, height adjustment and cutter lock also good. The drive pulley on the cutter head (the silver one) can be tightened with the nut, but has play and the key is worn. No belt (as this overheated with the loose pulley) and the vbelt cover is also a bit melted. You could probably pull the pulley with a bearing puller, see if you could fix the key and it would be ok. If you look in USA forums then was a common warranty repair.
Comes with a home made dust collector attachment.
So great for parts, many which you can no longer buy, or potentially you could get it working. Was fully operational until 24 hours ago. Be sad to see it scrapped, much happier if you could use it.
