Drill Press (Carbatec, 3/4 h.p.) - Bargain!
For sale is my Taiwan-built floor standing 3/4 h.p. Carbatec drill press, as I have upgraded to Nova. I purchased this drill press 23 years ago, and it has run faultlessly all these years. It remains in excellent condition, and comes with a few upgrades.
The belts are all good. The 3/4 hp motor is strong, and the drill runs smoothly and very quietly.
The chuck is 5/8".
There is a WASP sander included.
Height adjustment is via an Easy Rider Kit ... this is a weight that rides inside the column - just lift up and push down the table. No, I no longer have the winder. It was removed as it got in the way of the table (I have removed the drill press table I built for this machine. You will build your own anyway).
Price for this? I want $225 for a quick sale and removal - I need the space. This is less than half the cheapest equivalent at Carbatec (which is now built in China).
This is pick up only. I am in Rossmoyne.

Let me make this an even better deal: take it away for $195
This has been a good friend and it deserves a good new home.
