Default Free : Ixion hand drill

I was given this by a friend.
I'm really not going to use it.
If anybody wants it they would be welcome to it.
It looks a little unloved but everything moves as it should.

Its pick up only, or I am in Moreland one or two days a week and could bring it to that side of Melbourne to pick up there.
    I live in east malvern

    Cheers

    Frank

Useful tool for when you do not have power. I used something like that when I was building a model railway in about 1980. I used it to drill the holes for casters some odd size, 27/64" I think. Borrowed the drill from a neighbor.
In those days I did not have a power drill and the bit size was more than my hand drill chuck capacity.

    Is it two speed?

    Hi Handyjack,
I really don't know if it's two speed or not.

It works without any noise and smoothly so I reckon the mechanism is in good shape is all I could add

    Cheers

    I’m not an expert,
But I’m fairly certain there two speed,
You remove the handle, an place it on the other drive dog.
I was seriously thinking about putting my hand up for this, but I was afraid it would sit around.
If I didn’t have too much on I would say yes please.

    Cheers Matt.
